| In most instances, if the part is available, your replacement can be made within 24 hours, and in many cases, the same day. |

| Is the quality of the glass replaced equal to the glass currently in my vehicle? |
| Yes. All glass installed complies with the applicable specifications of the American Standard Safety Code for Motor Vehicles. |

| Is the work guaranteed? |
| We guarantee all glass against manufacturing defects and improper installation. When glass failure is due to body damage, including rust, we cannot consider ourselves responsible. |

| I have insurance. Will I have to pay full price for my glass? |
